What started as another day on the bike quickly turned into the hardest challenge of this trip so far. After a few days of rest in one of Vietnam's most beautiful beach towns, I thought I was finally ready to continue my journey south. I couldn't have been more wrong. Strong headwinds, extreme heat, unexpected mountain climbs, and hours of pushing myself beyond my limits left me questioning whether I could keep going.
