Problems with avatar making

(reposted the statement from twitter here) So I've put my rambling into a video. This video is long and you dont need to watch the actual video it but its more of listen to video (its basically me pacing around in a circle like a ball of anxiety). I am super nervous about putting content like this out. Some may not like it and I respect your opinion and how you feel. Everyones feelings are valid here. But I also want to try and give my opinion and my perspective on things as well as I'm losing sleep watching others be hurt or feel hopeless. I am a person who cares not a person who doesn't. Its hard for me to explain but I hope that I kinda got the point across. When it comes to avatar creating its hard. Its long hours with no guarantee of pay. I'm a small creator thats just giving her opinion with this video. I am sorry if its rambling or that some parts may come off as offensive I'm not trying to be offensive. I don't sugarcoat my words and I have a pretty tough love stance at times. I hope that for some of you this video helps in some form or way or maybe make you not feel alone in your thoughts if they are the same as mine. I will iterate here that negativity towards eachother in comments, or witch hunts are not condoned I will close off comments if people start being really nasty towards eachother, that is not the point of this video. The point of this video is to try and have a positive light not a negative one. Again I'm sorry for my rambling and I wish all of you the best. I am open to reading others opinions and comments. As a community we can come together and talk about these things positively and constructively. I want to see people working together and not against eachother. It is important to know that you can disagree with people thats okay and agree to dissagree is a vital part of debates and being human too. Lets work together and make things better and learn from eachother to make a better environment for eachother. aaaa Im going to stop rambling now my nerviousness is making me ramble further.
