Installing a manual cam timing chain adjuster on a KTM 690 LC4 engine. The manual timing chain adjuster removes the stock hydraulic cam chain adjuster and replaces it with a better tensioned manual adjuster so there is less chance of the timing chain skipping and damaging the KTM 690s engine.
