Bicycle Touring Europe: While cycling along the Mediterranean coast we gambled and took a shortcut over a huge stretch of deserted beach. With only some vague tracks, we were not sure if we could get back to the main route at the end. Because of hunting season we decided to play it safe and wild camp next to a model airplane club house and landing strip, not knowing that local hunters also hunt there too. The next morning we are found and have a animated conversation with the gentlemen from the club, meanwhile we get to check out the cool little airplanes in action... and after about 6 weeks out on the bike, Spain is only one big climb away...
