Why Miyamoto Musashi Never Lost a Duel 7 Samurai Rules That Still Work Today

April 1612. A small boat crosses the strait toward a tiny island, and the man inside is carving a sword out of an oar. His name is Miyamoto Musashi, and by his own count he fought more than sixty duels and never lost a single one. He wasn't the strongest or the fastest. So why did he never lose? In this video you'll learn 7 rules from The Book of Five Rings and from his life, each with one simple practice you can use in your own daily fights: with habits, with people and with fear. THE 7 RULES 1. A thousand days to forge, ten thousand days to polish 2. Do nothing that is of no use 3. See the far as near, and the near as far 4. Become the enemy 5. Use everything you have 6.
