House of the Dead needs no introduction, but its remake does. This is not a remaster but a remake of the original House of the Dead. Personally, probably due to an excess of member berries and a bit of jank I’ll get into in a bit, I prefer the original, but the remake is one of the best contemporary Light Gun games you can get on Steam and with updated graphics and animations it has a charm of its own.
