Client: Mohammed Shefeek Location: Thalikulam, Thrissur Plot Area: 31 Cent Area: 3106 sqft Year of Completion: 2025 ANAM is a thoughtfully designed 4 BHK residence of 3106 sq.ft in Thalikulam, Thrissur, designed by Concepts Design Studio with a focus on light, simplicity and calm living. The home features minimal elements and abundant natural light throughout. A beautifully detailed corridor with a jali screen allows sunlight to enter in gentle patterns, while the green-themed kitchen and wardrobes bring a refreshing character to the interiors. The sloped roof adds warmth and architectural depth, creating a home that feels balanced, elegant and comfortably modern. A Positive Vision is the mainstay of a Positive Endeavour. Concepts Design Studio, which was established in 2009, is the vision of our Founder & Principal Designer Mr. Shinto Varghese Kavungal. He is a prolific designer of his generation, travelling parallel with the evolution of this career since 2005.
