'I Know a Fount' - The Salvation Army Songsters, Felixstowe

Last Sunday morning (8 March), The Songsters presented “I Know a Fount” during the worship service under the guidance of Songster Leader Kevin Gray. This beautiful arrangement by Oliver Cooke and Benjamin Harlan reminds us of the hope, cleansing, and freedom found in Christ. The words speak powerfully of the place where burdens are lifted, darkness is turned to light, and hearts find forgiveness and peace through the saving power of Calvary. Through this song, the Songsters share a message that continues to resonate today: no one who comes to Christ in faith is ever turned away. There is truly a wonder-working power in the blood of Calvary. We pray this message in song will be a blessing and encouragement to you today. “Burdens are lifted, blind eyes made to see; There’s a wonder-working power in the blood of Calvary.” If this ministry in music has blessed you, please consider liking, sharing, and subscribing to support the channel. I Know a Fount Words & Music: Oliver Cooke / Benjamin Harlan (ASCAP) I know a fount where sins are washed away, I know a place where night is turned to day; Burdens are lifted, blind eyes made to see; There’s a wonder-working power in the blood of Calvary. Say, are you weary? Are you heavy-laden, Burdened with sorrow, weighted down with care? Are you in bondage? Do you want deliverance? Come, then, with me, there is refuge from despair. I know a fount where sins are washed away, I know a place where night is turned to day; Burdens are lifted, blind eyes made to see; There’s a wonder-working power in the blood of Calvary. Wondrous Deliverer! Sin-forgiving Saviour! Cleanser of hearts! Unfailing friend and guide! No one has ever trusted unavailing, No one has claimed of His love and been denied. I know a fount where sins are washed away, I know a place where night is turned to day; Burdens are lifted, blind eyes made to see; There’s a wonder-working power in the blood of Calvary. There’s a wonder-working power A wonder-working power In the blood of Calvary. ⭕️ Salvation Army, Felixstowe Website https://www.felixsa.org.uk/ ⭕️ Salvation Army, Felixstowe Facebook   / felixstowesa   ⭕️ Salvation Army, Felixstowe Instagram   / salvationarmyfelixstowe   ⭕️ Salvation Army, Felixstowe Linktree https://linktr.ee/fxsa
