Muzzleloading shotgun!

Today we are showing off something we picked up at an antique store two years ago, one of our most favorite shotguns from that time period. While we cannot nail down an exact year of origin, what we gathered is that it was made sometime between 1840 and 1863. The bore diameter of each barrel is slightly uneven with measurements being around .690”-700”. My paper cartridges worked great using pyrodex, .600” roundballs, buckshot and birdshot!
