Yellow Tail Snapper ** Catch Clean & Cook** Fried Fish & Grits Topped w/ Lobster Butter Sauce

I wrnt on a party fishing boat out of Islamorada called Lady Islamorada and had a great time. We caught fish but not as many keepers as times before. As a fisherman, you know that everyday isn't the greatest but you have to keep gking in order to land that big one!! I made fried Snapper and grits and attempted a lobster butter sauce but it didn't come out how I wanted. Need to make a few changes and try it again, never give up. It still tasted phenomenal but didn't look the greatest, oh well 🤷🏾‍♂️. Thanks for watching 🤙🏾🤙🏾🤙🏾 Please like the video and subscribe to the channel.
