The Winston Springs Police Station is back in business! During the first two hours, I reopen the abandoned station, inspect the first applications by hand, hire new employees and begin expanding the building. Once everything is running, I head outside and start with the smaller offences: parking in front of fire hydrants and ignoring expired parking meters. But it does not take long before things escalate to graffiti vandals, fuel thieves and my first arrests. Most suspects eventually make it to jail. One woman, however, becomes my unofficial partner for the day because I keep carrying her around everywhere and only remember to put her behind bars after sleeping through the shift change. XD By the end of Part 1, I build holding cells inside our own station. Keeping prisoners there before transferring them reduces the prison’s workload—and earns the department some extra money. A surprisingly detailed and extremely entertaining start to the game!
