Replacing / Installing Genie Garage Door Opener. EASY DIY, One Man Install

The chain drive motor shaft twisted off of my old garage do opener, so it's time to replace it. I purchase a new Genie, model 38959, on sale at Lowe's. In this video I'll show what model I purchased, how to install it and how simple it is to program to my truck. I hope it's as easy to replace as it looks. Watch to the end and I'll let you know how good the instructions are and how difficult, or simple, it was to remove and replace.
