Message me in the comments, or call or text 281-750-2915. https://christianwalshhomes.com This Katy home tour walks a one-story Perry home in the Firethorne community in Katy ISD: five bedrooms, 4.5 baths, over 4,000 square feet and a three-car garage on a quiet cul-de-sac. The listing cites over $300,000 in upgrades, and the backyard is where most of it shows. What you’ll see: a formal dining room that converts to a pool table, two pantries plus a butler’s pantry, a den or office, a large kitchen island with a gas cooktop, a primary suite with a soaking tub and a two-sided closet, a heated pool, a basketball court that converts to pickleball, a whole-home generator, and an outdoor pavilion with a granite bar, two working refrigerators and a full-chimney brick oven. The wrap-up also covers 70 owned solar panels, whole-home water filtration, a smart home and security system and whole-home sound. Who this is for: Katy and Cypress homeowners picturing a move-up with a backyard built for entertaining.
