Vertical Bar/Line and No Display Problem ‪@WaltonbdHIL‬ Walton/Philips 32-inch LED TV screen has no picture and Vertical bars/lines problem due to VGH voltage not output from SM4053C IC; how can this LCD/LED TV be repaired? This LCD TV uses an LC320DXJ (SF)(E1) panel and has SM4053 IC installed in its T-con board, also seen using TPS65175 IC in this 94V-01547 T-con board.
