Weather Update | নিম্নচাপের বৃষ্টিতে বাঁকুড়ায় দুর্ভোগের যেন শেষ নেই। জেলার বিস্তীর্ণ এলাকা জলমগ্ন। সোনামুখীতে শালী নদীর ওপর ভেঙে গিয়েছে কংক্রিটের সেতু। ভাঙা সেতুর ওপর দিয়ে বইছে নদীর জল। অথচ দুটি গ্রামপঞ্চায়েতের প্রায় ৪০টি গ্রামের বাসিন্দাদের নদী পার হতে এই পথই ভরসা। সেইমতো ঝুঁকি নিয়েই চলছে যাতায়াত। হঠাৎ নদীর জল বেড়ে যাওয়ায় স্কুল পড়ুয়াদের সাবধানে পার করাল পুলিশ। কাউকে আবার কোলে করে পার করানো হল। Low-pressure-induced rainfall has brought widespread disruption across Bankura, with large areas remaining waterlogged.
