I Failed My Own Writing Challenge

This video did not go as I planned. Hi. I'm Sam. I'm an indie author, and lately I've been struggling with what it means to keep chasing a dream that doesn't want to be caught. I started a writing challenge a few weeks ago with a goal of finding more consistency with my own writing habits, and somewhere along the way, a bunch of people decided they wanted to join me. But I failed. I decided to vlog my process of starting over here on YouTube, but along the way I found myself wondering whether I should even keep writing. This first YouTube video is definitely not the introduction I had planned for this channel, but I decided to share it anyway. It is brutally honest, and if that is not the best way to share my writing journey, I'm not sure I know what is. I hope this channel can offer some real insight into what it means to write books and build a career as an author. That means I'll share the exciting parts, the frustrating parts, and everything in between that maybe doesn't get discussed as much.
