Vanwi Lúmi – Aelinar en-Nén (The Bells Beneath the Lake) | Elven Fantasy Music

Vanwi Lúmi – Aelinar en-Nén (The Bells Beneath the Lake) is the third chapter of the album Lost Tales. Beneath a perfectly still mountain lake lies the forgotten elven city of Aelinar. Its towers have vanished beneath the water, its streets have fallen silent – but on certain moonlit nights, the bells begin to ring again. According to the old tale, the voices of the drowned city rise with them. First they sound distant. Then familiar. And eventually, the lake may call you by your own name. A young shepherd once heard those voices while standing alone at the water’s edge. His mother seemed to call him from below. Then his brother. Then something spoke his own name. Remembering the warning of the elders, he turned away before the lake could claim another memory. Aelinar en-Nén combines cinematic elven fantasy, ancient folk colors, harp, wooden flute, deep strings and distant submerged bells with the warm voice of an old storyteller. Its ancient-sounding chorus turns the legend into a warning passed from one generation to the next: Hear the bells beneath the sleeping lake – but never answer when they wake. With this third tale, Lost Tales ventures into a darker corner of the world of Vanwi Lúmi: a place where beauty and danger exist together, and where memories may not always wish to remain forgotten.
