Gruul Monarch [ PAUPER LEAGUE ] This is the most expensive deck in pauper $$$

Hello, my friends, Today, we will play a league with a really fun deck: Gruul Monarch. The idea of the deck is to play spells to add mana and cast Monarch or Initiative by turn 1 or 2. I don't think the deck is competitive enough to participate in a challenge or a big tournament. However, it's really fun, and you can still achieve decent results in a league if you're lucky and don't play against mono red. I hope you enjoy the league.
