[c64] Krakout (1987)

Completion of levels 2 - 10 & 23. Level 23 (8:39) features the infamous blue ball. There's a total of 100 levels, but nothing spectacular about the last few. At level 99 the ball gets trapped between tiles for long periods. This will earn easy extra lives, but there's no use for those at that point.
