Swampy's VVC - Power Steering Fix

Swampy takes a look at a common MG F and MG TF problem - the electronic power assisted steering (EPAS) steering left (or right) of it's own volition when stationary! Does your MF F or MG TF try to move the steering wheel on it's own? Power steering turning itself?
