#dineshkanji #DishaSalian #BombayHighCourt दिशा सालियनचे संशयित मृत्यू प्रकरण मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाने अखेर सीबीआयकडे सोपवले आहे. तिचा मृत्यू सहा वर्षांपूर्वी झाला होता. सुनावणीदरम्यान या प्रकरणाबाबत अनेक प्रश्न न्यायालयाने उपस्थित केले होते. हे प्रश्न नवे नाहीत. यापूर्वी अनेकांनी अनेक व्यासपीठांवर हे प्रश्न उपस्थित केलेले आहेत. हे प्रश्न गंभीर आहेत. आश्चर्य म्हणजे तपासकर्त्या पोलिसांना हे प्रश्न पडले नाहीत. सहा वर्षांनंतर या प्रकरणाशी संबंधित किती पुरावे शिल्लक राहिले असतील, हा प्रश्नच आहे. सीबीआयकडे जादूचा दिवा आहे आणि त्यांच्याकडे सोपवलेल्या सर्व प्रकरणांचे तपास मार्गी लागतात, असा अनेकांचा गैरसमज आहे. दिशाप्रकरणात सीबीआयने तपास करावा असे काही मालवणी पोलिसांनी शिल्लक ठेवले असेल काय? की फक्त पुन्हा दिशाप्रकरणात तपासाची औपचारिकता पार पाडली जाणार आहे? हा सवाल अनेकांच्या मनात आहे. सीबीआयकडे आरुषी तलवार, जिया खान, शीना बोरा अशी अनेक हत्याप्रकरणे सोपवण्यात आली. सीबीआयला हे गुंते सोडवता आले नाहीत; कारण ही प्रकरणे सीबीआयच्या हाती जाण्यापूर्वी एक तर बराच काळ वाया गेला होता आणि तोपर्यंत पोलिसांच्या हस्तक्षेपामुळे पुरावे नष्ट झालेले होते. सीसीटीव्ही फुटेज, मोबाईल टॉवर लोकेशनसारखे डिजिटल पुरावे किंवा व्हिसेरा, टिश्यूसारखे जैविक पुरावे एका मर्यादित काळापर्यंत टिकवून ठेवता येतात. आरोपी धनदांडगे किंवा राजकीय क्षेत्राशी संबंधित असतील, तर प्रत्यक्षदर्शी साक्षीदारांना धमकावून किंवा लालूच देऊन फोडणे शक्य असते The suspected death case of Disha Salian has finally been handed over to the CBI by the Bombay High Court. The question is, after six years, how much evidence related to this case would still remain? There is a widespread misconception that the CBI possesses a magic wand and that every case handed over to it is eventually solved. Will the CBI have anything left to investigate in the Disha case after the Malvani Police's investigation? Or will the CBI merely go through the formality of conducting another investigation into the Disha case? This is the question on the minds of many. Several high-profile murder cases, including the Aarushi Talwar, Jiah Khan and Sheena Bora cases, have been handed over to the CBI. The CBI could not resolve these cases, because by the time they reached the agency, considerable time had already been lost. By then, due to police intervention and other factors, crucial evidence had been destroyed or compromised. Digital evidence such as CCTV footage and mobile tower locations, as well as biological evidence such as viscera and tissue samples, can only be preserved for a limited period.
