Citrus HLB After approximately 2 Years: Most Trees Recovered, Strong Growth and Fruit Set

This video documents approximately two years field tracking record from a Wogan citrus orchard in Conghua, Guangdong, China. When this field observation began, a number of citrus trees showed severe symptoms associated with Huanglongbing (HLB). After approximately two years of continuous field application and monitoring using a traditional Chinese herbal treatment together with ELPC technology, the overall condition of the orchard has changed significantly. Today, the vast majority of the trees are growing strongly, with deep green foliage, vigorous new growth and good fruit development and fruit set. Only a small number of individual trees still show some visible HLB-like symptoms. Importantly, these remaining symptomatic trees have not prevented the surrounding trees from maintaining strong growth and good fruit development. The field team continues to monitor the orchard month by month. In the latest observation, the number of trees showing visible HLB symptoms was lower than in the previous month.
