Cyber City Zone (Alternate Theme) - "Scrapped" Sonic 2 Zone

Here's another original I wrote for a lost Sonic 2 level. Inspired as always by some combo of Masato Nakamura and the other weird fusion music I listen to. Apparently they actually did map out a fair amount of this level out before elements of it were rolled into Metropolis Zone act 3. Pretty sure this art was done by Yasushi Yamaguchi and then the actual in-game level design was done by Tom Payne, an American working on the team :) #sonicthehedgehog #videogamemusic #sonic2
