This is my only paid job working at the Wayzata community Church as a groundskeeper. For me, it’s shoveling the snow shoveling. Place the salt down, leaf blowing and vacuuming. These are areas that I am more skilled to deal with at the church. My boss does not want me to do the bathroom. It is not that I suck at cleaning the bathrooms. it’s just my primary areas of skills fits stronger when I’m doing the following; apply Salt on icy sidewalks. Outside trash: along on the property Shoveling snow. Leaf Blowing all the sidewalks on the property Vacuuming entries and staircases inside the building These are my strengths when it comes to the job itself. I’m able to do other things as well when needed or if needed I primarily stick to the routine of what I do which is listed above in the description here. Because these things I’m actually much stronger with when it comes to helping out the church and the team, I prefer to stick with these various tasks primarily because it’s where I am strongest and most skilled to deal with I am skilled enough to deal with other tasks, but if these other tasks are not acquired or required, then I prefer to stay with my regular routine  The team‘s name is technically called building and grounds. However we often go by groundskeepers.
