Professional Dispositions, Ethics, and Growth Presentation

In this presentation, I share my personal values, beliefs, and understanding of what it means to be a professional educator. I discuss the importance of treating all students with respect, being fair, recognizing my own biases, and creating a classroom where every student feels welcomed, supported, and valued. I also talk about my expectations for myself as a future teacher, including communicating effectively, using technology responsibly, following professional standards, and continuing to learn and grow. I share some of my professional goals and explain how working with other educators and participating in professional development can help me become a better teacher. I understand that teaching is a learning journey, and I am committed to reflecting on my practices, learning from my experiences, and doing my best to help every student succeed.
