Syndesmosis TightRope® XP Implant System

The Syndesmosis TightRope® XP implant is indicated for syndesmosis repairs with or without ankle fractures. Isolated syndesmosis injuries or high ankle sprains can be treated with 2 Syndesmosis TightRope XP implants and a 2-hole fibular buttress plate for a minimally invasive construct with no medial incision.
