Madziwa FM : AMPLIFYING VOICES AND MUSIC FROM MASHONALAND CENTRAL

Broadcasting on 91.4 MHz, Madziwa FM is bringing local news, community development, health awareness and cultural updates closer to the people of Madziwa, Shamva, Bindura and Mt Darwin. The licensed community radio station is also creating a platform for Mashonaland Central-based musicians, giving local talent an opportunity to reach wider audiences despite limited access to professional recording facilities. Officially launched in October 2024, Madziwa FM is among 24 community radio stations licensed by the Broadcasting Authority of Zimbabwe (BAZ), as the Government moves towards establishing 51 community and campus radio stations across the country.
