Bali - Gili Trawangan | It’s rough but absolutely worth it!

Hi guys, Hope yous have been good. So this is a video about the information regarding ferries from Bali to different islands such as Gili, Lambok or Nusa Penida. There is a lot of confusion after COVID in terms of what company to chose and time tables etc so I decided to make this quick video. Plus you will get some bonus tips that you need to know if you are planning to hop onto these ferries. Watch the video all the way to the end as it's packed with gems of information throughout. I also got to meet this lovely lady called Mama ILU form Padang bai and I could not believe how happy she was whilst selling fruits on a 72 degree heat! Should you go to Gili islands? Yes 100% There will be more videos about the GIli island adventures soon but I thought this video was something I was looking for myself prior to my trip and could not find any information, especially updated information after the pandemic. book the ferries tickets from the local tour agencies and they can book tickets according to your tour, so that takes a bit of work away. You don't nee to worry about companies as such because there are different companies operating the routes. But what you do need to know if that you want to have a fast boat as it will cut of the time in halves in not more. Make sure you ask the tour agency to book for the fast boat unless you wish to go on a slow boat otherwise. One more important tip is to ensure you know the correct port of departure! Yes, there could be more than one port on an island. We got this triangle ticket which saved us travelling back and forth plus saving money and time.
