Tokyo Skytree: Everything You Need To Know Before You Go

The Tokyo Skytree is the tallest tower in the world at 634 meters — but is it actually worth visiting? In this video, I walk from Asakusa to the Skytree, show you how to get tickets, what the observation decks are like, and whether it's worth your time (and money) on your Tokyo trip. 📍 Location: Tokyo Skytree, Sumida, Tokyo 🎫 Tickets: Available on the 4th floor 🕐 Opening Times: Opening times change a bit depending on the day and season, but overall it’s usually from 9am to 10pm on the weekends and 10am to 10pm during the week. 🚶 How to get there: Walk from Asakusa via Sumida River Walk (about 25-30 minutes, really nice route) You can take the Tobu Skytree Line from Kitasenju station and exit at Tokyo Skytree Station.
