A: It is with spaces counted 3) In the first Q&A, Jason noted that it's allowable to allocate cost of direct administration and occupancy to the direct expenses (and not have to cover those via Indirect Expenses). Please provide examples of some allowable "direct administration" expense. Q: I understand that you can't apply for more than your previous three years budgets, as a sustainability/capability measure. Q: Can the capital ask exceed your last three years annual budgets? Is it the same as programmatic asks?
