The Binaybayon Festival Queens of the three contingents (Ciabu NHS, Pomponan NHS and Baybay NHS) on their showdown during the Binaybayon Festival 2018 held last December 27, 2018 at Baybay City Sports Complex Grounds. Can you bend your body like the way they're dancing despite of the rain soaked costumes due to Tropical Storm Usman under Signal No. 1? Even Usman can't stop them from dancing.
