Three time world individual speedway champion Tai Woffinden has posted on social media for the first time since having a life threatening accident in Poland last month! Not only has Tai given the speedway world an update, but he has also posted a video of himself walking with a frame as well! I'm sure I speak on behalf of every speedway fan on the planet when I say that I'm thrilled to see that Woffy is making progress and is on the road to recovery!
