CZ 550 chambered in 505 Gibbs

A brief introduction to the 505 Gibbs, a true 50 caliber stopping caliber for dangerous game. Traditionally loaded to mild pressures for tropical environments with 525 grain bullets, it produces 6100 ft lbs of energy with over 100 ft lbs of recoil. When loaded with modern powders to typical pressures for today's hunting cartridges, the 505 Gibbs can produce well over 7500 ft lbs of energy.
