I Finally Cracked Pigment Cell Activators - This Actually Works!

I finally cracked it! After so many failed tries, I made a WORKING cell activator from dry pigment. The trick: Use Amsterdam pearl paint, then sprinkle in your This Little Piggy (TLP) pigment — whatever color you choose. and you get that shimmery interference lacing in the cells.
