(Alliances Rapid Expansion Strategy), Floor 7 fractured into ruins, until the Hammer Campaign, led by Chandra Columbanus (also leader of Republic of 9.4 during Project Eleutheria), liberated 9.1 and 9.2 from the Warsaw Federation hands. Alongside the Republic of 9.4 and Western 9.4, four fractured voices became one: Floor 7 Union.
