Add vanilla and milk, mix well. Sieve flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt. Fold dry ingredients into wet to make a smooth, thick, pipeable batter (not too runny). Pipe & Bake Cake Discs (02:36 – 03:48) Line a baking tray with butter paper. Fill batter in piping bag and pipe small, equal-round discs (choco pie size). Tap the tray to remove air bubbles. Bake in preheated oven at 170–180°C until risen and springy (about 8–10 mins). Cool completely on a wire rack. Prepare Marshmallow Filling (05:02) Bloom gelatin in cold water, keep aside. In a pan, cook sugar, water and glucose on medium heat till syrup is slightly thick and sticky. Add bloomed gelatin into hot syrup and whisk till dissolved. Beat the mixture with a hand mixer until white, fluffy and thick like marshmallow. Add vanilla and beat again. Use immediately before it sets. Assemble Choco Pies (06:48) Pipe or spoon marshmallow onto the flat side of one cake disc. Gently place another disc on top and press lightly to sandwich. Repeat for all pieces. Let them set for a few minutes so marshmallow firms up. Make Chocolate Coating (07:48) Melt chopped chocolate with butter/coconut oil using double boiler or microwave (15–20 sec bursts). Stir until smooth, shiny and pourable. Coat Choco Pies in Chocolate (08:30) Dip each filled choco pie into melted chocolate or pour chocolate over them on a rack. Tap off extra chocolate and place on butter paper. Let them set at room temperature or in fridge till chocolate is firm. Serve & Store (09:10) Homemade Lotte-style choco pies with marshmallow filling are ready. Store in airtight container in a cool place or fridge for 4–5 days. #chocopie #homemadechocopie #lottechocopie #marshmallowfilling #homemademarshmallow #chocolatedessert #chocolatepie #biscuitcake #indiandesserts #egglessbaking #bakingathome #dessertrecipe #snackrecipe #mylockdownrasoi #indianrecipes
