How To Play The USS Des Moines In World Of Warships

The T10 Des Moines in the Pinnacle of USN Cruiser design and the last all gun heavy cruiser built by the USN. Based on a slightly upsized Baltimore hull she packs two revolutionary changes to her armament that set her apart from any cruiser in the world. First is the 8"/55 caliber Mark 16 gun which is an autoloading 8" gun capable of 10 rounds per minute of sustained firing. The second is the 3"/50 caliber Mark 22 Anti Aircraft gun capable of throwing up 50 rounds per minute per barrel with a VT tipped shell! Both of those are great and all, but does the in game ship live up to those expectations? And yes, I know, the USS Salem played the Graf Spee in the movie "Battle at River Platte". I intended to put this into the video but forgot.
