Down-Low Lane rags to riches challenge-Sims4 #sims4challenge #sims4gameplay

Rags To Riches challenge for you! Your sim wanted out, out bad! To live on their own they arrive in Evergreen Harbor(Conifer Station neighborhood) and have found Down-Low Lane to rent. The garbage is everywhere! There's non working appliances and to think from the outside the house didn't look too bad. The landlord made all kinds of promises...that was until you sign the lease! Now he's got you on the hook and you have to fix all the shizzle up. Your Sim must rent the home and you must lower their starting budget at 100 Simoleons. You only have the basics of working bathrooms and a kitchen with broken appliances...oh and grill. You cannot have a job. You must furnish this puppy with things you find and like from dumpster diving only(you may sell things you don't like or need)You must leave all garbage and grimy objects on the lot at least until you have repaired the salvaged kitchen items. Then you may begin clean up processes. The lot comes with challenges, you may remove one challenge per season(if you have seasons pack) or one per sim month. I cannot wait to see how y'all furnish this home. Also you may only get a job once you have at least one bedroom, a living room and dining space furnished-until then you must live off a dumpster diving income GOOD LUCK!
