Wacky Races (PS2) - Cups with The Buzz Wagon

Next in the cups of Wacky Races Starring Dastardly and Muttley, we have the burly Rufus Ruffcut and Sawtooth the beaver. Another good racer with decent speed and a good homing attack, but what I like is the Stumpy Mines which I think is the best mine weapon as you lay out two deadly stumps, possibly better than Creepy Coupe's Pumpkins.
