PALACE CONSISTS OF A SPACIOUS LOFTY HALL WITH SEVERAL ROOMS BEHIND AND ON EITHER SIDES AND A VAST COURTYARD IN FRONT. NAULAKHA PAVILION, FAMOUS FOR ITS MINUTE AND DELICATE PIETRA DURA WORK LIES IN THE NORTH WEST CORNER OF THE COURTYARD. THE SEMIPRECIOUS STONES USED IN THE PIETRA DURA WORK INCLUDE AGATE, JADE, LAPIS LAZULI. VARIETY OF VARIGATED MARBLES I.E. SANG-E-BADAL, SANG-E- ABRI, SANG-E-MUSA, SANG-E-KHATTU ARE USED IN FLOORING.
