Federal Signal Thunderbolt 1000T 4/5 Port | Alert - Slow Attack | Tornado Siren Test, Mosinee, WI

My first test with a siren enthusiast, and my new camcorder and I am very impressed with both the Audio and the Quality. Tom "fsthunderboltfan1000" rolled in to the parking lot around 11:55 and set up quickly, as I was already filming. We both went down to the T-Bolt, and it activated right at 12. But about 20 seconds in it started winding down, I was kinda sad that it only went for a few seconds. SUDDENLY IT FIRED UP AGAIN. I thought it was a radio problem and they glitched, but it kept happening for like two minutes. I still have no clue why it did that, but I am assuming they "intentionally" did it because the 20V2T was doing it to...
