Shepherding The Body Through Transition: Rhema Trayner & Aimee Talbot

Even though every leader is not a 5-fold shepherd, we still must lead AS shepherds. The body is in a time of great transition and if we do not lead well with shepherding grace in this season we will lose people needlessly along the way. Apostles and prophets can not move the body correctly without true shepherds walking with them. People need to feel safe, loved and understood to embrace new things. We can't protect people from what God is confronting and changing, but we can lead them well through the changes.
