One Straight Shot: Bottled Water From Dallas to Arkansas, Then Home

Welcome back to the channel! We're LIVE on August 20, 2026 — and today's a good one: a straight-through run that ends in the best possible place — home! We load this morning, run it up from Texas to Arkansas, deliver tonight, and sleep in our own bed. Bodie's riding shotgun and he knows what "home" means. Let's roll! THE LOAD: We're loading at 7:00 AM at Niagara Bottling in Dallas, Texas — 816 cases of bottled water, right around 43,000 pounds. We're taking it straight up to the Walmart Distribution Center in Bentonville, Arkansas, with delivery at 6:00 PM tonight. It's about 345 miles, and we're running it straight through — no overnight, just load it and go. STRAIGHT THROUGH, THEN HOME: Here's the best part: the Walmart DC in Bentonville is right in our backyard. So once we get this water unloaded this evening, we're headed straight to the house. There's no better way to end a run than backing into the last dock knowing home is just up the road. After a couple weeks of big miles out west, a night at home sounds just about perfect. TODAY'S ROUTE: We pull out of south Dallas and head north — up through the top of Texas, across the Red River, and up through eastern Oklahoma before crossing into Arkansas and running up to Bentonville. It's a straight, steady day of driving to bring the water home. LIKELY ROUTE: US-75 → US-69 → I-40 → I-49 (we may continue on US69 to US412) From the Texas metroplex, through the green hills and lakes of eastern Oklahoma, and up into the Ozarks of northwest Arkansas — a pretty drive to cap it off, especially with home waiting at the end of it. BODIE UPDATE: Our beagle pup Bodie ("Whitehead's Bodacious Bodie") is riding along and supervising as always — and he's about to get a night at home in his own yard.
