Octopath COTC F2P Defeating I'Cirlo lvl 100 with spear dmg (mainly Tressa)

This is a strategy to beat the I'Cirlo level 100 NPC with whatever spear units you have (assuming you got the free 9S). Team composition and loadout at the end. Pia and Lynette are crucial. Alfyn could be replaced by a good regen healer. Therion can be replaced by a good antiattack unit like Viola or Falco to act ONLY on turn 1 (but then 9S might need some SP regen).
