This podcast ran a little over an hour. It went from trading and brokers to Lamborghinis, and there was almost no cross-questioning. We went through it line by line, checked what could be checked against documents and public pages, and marked the places where a follow-up question was needed and never came. A good part of finfluencer income comes from show-offs, inducements, crypto and forex account openings, referrals and courses, and it is often presented as money made from trading. A share's face value can be ₹10 or ₹1 and it makes no difference to anyone, because the market sets the price. The same applies to a finfluencer's face value. What counts is verified P&L, and these days even ITRs get checked. Early in the podcast he gives 3 tests for judging a broker: license, withdrawals and motive. He recommends Zuperior in his own videos, so we ran the same 3 tests on it. On license, Zuperior's help centre page gives a registration number and an entity registered in Saint Lucia. It does not name a regulator. The footer points to a licensing authority, so we read that authority's own website to see what it says about the licenses it issues. The terms and conditions matter most to anyone planning to take money out. The company keeps sole discretion to reverse profits, can take the other side of your trades, and says there is no investor compensation scheme. If something goes wrong, the document says you are on your own. On motive, we played his own words about a VIP group that needs a funded account and a balance kept in it, and asked what the person recommending it gets. When Prakhar asked him for the red flags of a trading guru, his answer was that anyone who is selling something has a motive. Separately from the podcast, Booming Bulls Finserv Private Limited is a SEBI registered research analyst, and its press release of 10 Dec 2025 says it is driven by the vision of Anish Singh Thakur. We set that next to SEBI's advertisement code for research analysts. The code covers any communication issued by or on behalf of the analyst, social media included, and it rules out references to past performance and assured returns. The tips and the Telegram channels are called free. The account opening links sit behind them, so we look at what free means here. Around the 27th minute he calls showing off a Lamborghini or Ferrari an extreme red flag. At about the 1 hour mark he says he wants to wear a watch because 4 people in the room will see it, and that this is also why he will buy a Lamborghini. He also says indicators tell you when the market is about to fall or rise, and in the same conversation says nobody can predict the market. Put together, the funnel on a lot of education content runs the same way. A face, a positive message, a bit of knowledge, a link in the description. Then the free door, the account, the balance you have to maintain, and the removal when it drops. Lifestyle is the first step: the car, the watch, Dubai. It builds the trust that gets a viewer to the link. In the podcast he says referral comes first for him. Take referrals and commissions out of the picture and the lifestyle needs another funder. So is the audience watching a trader or a referral agent, and is the money trading profit or commission? If you want to check a platform yourself, start with the regulator it names on its own page and look the platform up on that regulator's registry. Then read the terms for counterparty, profit reversal and compensation clauses. And look at what the person recommending it gets. Have you been scammed?
