Our trip on the REAL Polar Express | MI Steam Railroading Institute trip to Ashley Christmas Village

We were finally able to secure tickets, back in July!, for a trip on the real Polar Express train. Each year, the Michigan Steam Railroading Institute takes passengers on a roundtrip journey to a majestic Christmas village in Ashley, Michigan full of food, shopping, and family fun. This train was the model for the train used in the Tom Hank's animated film, "The Polar Express"!
