Craftsman 4 cycle mini cultivator installed new carb and it still will not run, Find out WHY.

After installing a new aftermarket carb this cultivator still will not start, thinking I received a lemon I ordered another carb and after receiving the 2nd carb it became clear as to why the 1st carb would not allow the cultivator to run so follow along and I will explain what the issue was with the 1st carb and I will do a start up to see how it runs.
