UT v. Tyler Robinson | Charlie Kirk Killing Hearing | Full Closings

Closing arguments were delivered in Tyler Robinson’s pretrial hearing on Tuesday. Robinson is accused of killing conservative activist, Charlie Kirk in September 2025. Prosecutors argued that evidence shows that not only did Robinson shoot Kirk, but he shot Kirk in a crowded area with no regard for human life. Robinson’s defense claimed that forensic evidence presented by the State does not conclusively link Robinson to Kirk’s murder.
