On Episode 13 of Built by the Grind Podcast, powered by UGRIND ENT, we sit down with Buffalo's own Paul Woods, a respected youth football coach, mentor, recruiter, and leader who has dedicated his journey to developing young athletes.
Born and raised in Buffalo, New York, Paul attended Kensington High School before building his legacy in youth football. Learning under some of Buffalo's most legendary coaches, he developed a passion for teaching the game, mentoring young athletes, and creating opportunities beyond the football field.
From coaching the legendary GC Cowboys to becoming the Running Backs Coach and Recruiter at Canisius High School, Paul Woods has continued to elevate his impact on Western New York football.
But his mission doesn't stop at coaching!
Through his own recruiting service, WARS, Paul is helping student-athletes gain exposure, understand the recruiting process, and pursue opportunities to play football at the collegiate level.
