Are some foreign men in Thailand looking for genuine love, or are they simply paying to keep a relationship going? In this video, I give my honest opinion on the foreign guys who arrive in Thailand and immediately start throwing money around. We’re talking girlfriend salaries, Thai gold, expensive cars, family payments, large sin sod demands, and houses built on land they may never own. There’s nothing wrong with being generous or supporting someone you genuinely love. But when money becomes the foundation of the relationship, you have to ask an uncomfortable question: would she still be there if the money stopped? I also discuss how this behaviour creates unrealistic expectations and makes things more difficult for normal foreign men who want genuine relationships that aren’t based entirely around money. This video isn’t an attack on Thai women or relationships between Thai women and foreign men. There are plenty of genuine couples in Thailand.
